These Terms of Service govern your use of Mokabi (“Mokabi: Learn Language & Chat” on Google Play, developed by Kaluna Gadyanga), a language-learning app with AI chat, voice calls with AI teachers and multiplayer word games. By creating an account or using Mokabi, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to use Mokabi. Please give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Mokabi.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription (Basic, Pro or Premium).
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play. You keep your plan's benefits until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Prices and plan benefits may change; we will tell you before a change affects your subscription.
Tokens, coins and rewards
Chat tokens, voice tokens, game coins, XP and leaderboard ranks are part of the app experience. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account. Unused allowances may expire as described in the app.
AI teachers and characters
Mokabi's teachers and characters are powered by artificial intelligence. Their replies are generated automatically, may contain mistakes and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Characters are fictional, and any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Some characters are romantic and conversations may include mature themes, which is why Mokabi is for adults (18+).
Acceptable use
When you use Mokabi, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use offensive names or profile photos.
- Cheat in games, exploit bugs, or use bots or scripts to earn tokens, coins or XP.
- Try to access other accounts, attack our servers, or copy or reverse engineer the app.
- Use Mokabi to create or share illegal or harmful content, including any sexual content involving minors.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write, say and upload. You give us permission to process it only to run and improve Mokabi, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any photo you use.
Our content
The Mokabi name, logo, characters, artwork, lessons and software belong to Mokabi and its licensors. You may use them only inside the app for personal, non-commercial learning.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Profile settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
Mokabi is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Mokabi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will show the new date at the top. Continuing to use Mokabi after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
