Delete your Mokabi account

This page explains how to delete your account in Mokabi: Learn Language & Chat, the Android app published on Google Play by Kaluna Gadyanga. You can permanently delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open Mokabi and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Account and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email

If you can't open the app, email us from the address you use for Mokabi:

We will verify the request and delete your account within 7 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, profile photo and settings.
• Your learning progress, skill levels, game results, points, coins and tokens.
• Your chats with AI characters and teachers, and what the AI remembered about you.
• Characters you created and your invitation records.

What may be kept

• Data in backups is removed within 30 days.
• Records we must keep by law (for example for fraud prevention or tax) are kept only as long as required.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play under Google's policies. Deleting your account stops your subscription from renewing; you can also manage it in the Google Play Store.
